Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone!  So I learned something this morning – according to a post on the Dublin Airport’s Facebook page, today is never “St. Patty’s Day” – it is always “St. Patrick’s Day” or “St. Paddy’s Day”.  Now I know!

One of the great things about today is the food!  There is another salt-cured meat that we get to eat our fill of today – corned beef!  Here is the delicious dish that I picked up from Duffy’s today – their corned beef and cabbage:
