Tax Day.  Ewww… sounds gross just typing it.  But since this is the final countdown of Lent, we’re indulging, damn it!  By the way, that reminds me of a certain song….

Okay, back to the indulging.  My girlfriend told me over the weekend that she loves crab legs – and I mean loves crab legs.  So I thought I’d surprise her for dinner.  Went to the ol’ Publix and picked up a big bag o’ crabs.  (Hahaha… that sounds funny!)  If you’re wondering why I didn’t go to a seafood market to pick up some Alaska King crab, it’s because I didn’t want to ruin King crab with my experimental cooking.  🙂

“Experimental cooking” means that I’m going to use a new steamer that I bought recently.  Let’s see what this bad boy can do.
