Day 35 – Wednesday, April 9th

Today my girlfriend and I decided to go with one of her old recipes, a little Hungarian delight called goulash.  The first time she mentioned making it for me, I didn’t realize what I’d be eating in a few hours – macaroni, ground beef, tomatoes… yum!  She slow-cooks her goulash in a crock pot and adds some celery for a little texture:

I like to top mine with a little shredded mozzarella, and voila!
